1. Appointment Cancellations

  • You may cancel your consultation up to 12 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Rescheduling Appointments

  • You may reschedule your appointment at least 6 hours in advance at no additional cost.

  • Rescheduling less than 6 hours before the appointment is not guaranteed and will depend on availability.

3. No-Shows

  • If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

4. Technical Issues

  • In case of a genuine technical failure (on our side), we will reschedule the session or provide a full refund.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
